How to Play Ninja Parkour

You can play in a private room or join a room full of other ninjas with the same goal as you - reaching the end of this Japanese-inspired megacity unscathed. The game is set on water and in the sky, so you'll be jumping onto lanterns in the sky, grabbing floating sushi, scaling enormous bowls, gliding across chopsticks, clinging to pagodas, and more. The destination is vertical, making ninja techniques and moves essential.

In reality, you have four controls to use. This is a WASD game, so your movements are limited to jumps, walking backward, and walking forwards. Your ninja can gain speed, and some jumps are quite narrow - precision is key here. A misstep could lead you tumbling down into deep waters and back to the beginning, or if you're lucky, onto a piece of sushi just below you.

Choose your character

You get to select your character from various ninjas dressed in different colors and name your ninja. When playing with others, your name above your head will help distinguish you from fellow ninjas.

Choose the map

At the start, you have a few map options, including First Journey, Keep Up, and Take a Choice. They vary in difficulty, but floating sushi can be found in most of them.

Tips

1. Each ninja is unique. Experiment with different ones to see what they can do.
2. Precision is crucial. Master the timing of your jumps to land firmly on both feet!
